I wanted to only submit my federal taxes but it submitted both my state and federal even though I unclicked the state, how do I un-file state?

There is no way to "un-file" a return that was e-filed and accepted.

If there is an error in the state return and you need to correct it, you will have to wait until it is completely processed and then amend it.
