I was a dependent with my parents in 2019 when i was 17, i turned 18 in 2020 and moved to another state on my own, is there a way to qualify for the stimulus check

No. The stimulus will be calculated off of either a 2018 or a 2019 return, not a 2020 return. You didn't turn 18 until 2020, and you were claimed as a dependent in 2019.

Well i understand that, but im in another state on my own with no job due to Covid-19 are you saying basically im left to rot, there's gotta be a way to help people in my situation
