I was able to claim my baby this year for the first time so I was unaware that they hold it. Can I still get an advance on the card they give in PA? (Filled already)

I really need the money I lost my job after the new year bills are going to be over due by the time i would get my return. Can someone please help me out with as much info as possible on what I can do. Thanks.

They are testing cash advances on a debit card, but the test is only available in 15 states, only available to users of TurboTax online, only available on certain dates, and you must meet other qualifications. Thanks you. Is Pa one of the states? If so can you still do it after you have already completed and filled your taxes to the irs and has been processed? I just really can't wait till the end of the month/beginning of next month.
