Question

I was accepted 1/17/2018 where’s my refund says I’ll get my refund 1/31/2018 how accurate is that?! Considering that’s todays date.

Refunds take about 21 days once the IRS has accepted your return.

Also, you can check with your institution to see if there are any pending deposits on your account.

The 31st is an estimated date not something set in stone and the day is not yet over. Check with your bank to see if the deposit is pending. And check the bank info you entered to see if it is correct... it is on the filing instruction page and page 2 of the form 1040.

If you were having the TT fees withheld from your federal refund then it went to the third party processing bank first and it will go to your bank later ... this usually takes no more than 3 business days to complete.
