I was approved for the refund advance, never received a temporary card email to use online?

I was approved for the refund advance. I never received an email asking me to register my online card. Today my refund was accepted and still no email. I called the permanent card company, the one that is in the mail, and I have a balance of my refund advance on there. Any idea why I’m receiving no emails?? Where can I go to activate my online account?

Please check your junk mail to see if the emails are filtering there. To activate the card, please go to https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/ and click activate.

I'm having the same issue. I called and they said my card was activated yet I didnt get an email.
