I was approved for the TurboTax advance loan, my taxes were accepted, but I did not receive the loan why ?

Why didn't I receive the TurboTax advance loan ?

Same here. Was accepted yesterday at 6:06 but have not seen anything. Really confused bc I feel like if it wasn’t coming I would have chosen my own bank.

Mine was approved last friday(1/17/25) and I still haven’t received the advance either. I know I applied for it, but even if I wanted to double check that I DID apply for it, there’s no way to.

at first I thought it may have been due to the irs accepting my return later in the evening, the run up to the inauguration, the fact that Monday was a holiday…but now I’m wondering if it’s even going to happen? I haven’t gotten a denial email or anything. I 100% qualified for it, and I do it almost every year. Some kind of loan acceptance or rejection email or in app notification would be super helpful lol.

Our returns were accepted though. Some returns are accepted early every year in the test batch. Past years, The refund advance was deposited when accepted, early or not. This response is not providing clarity.
