I was checking my status of everything and it says I received my $193 state taxes and I never did

What is "it" that says you received $193?   TurboTax only shows what your refunds will be after you prepare your return, but TurboTax never knows if you actually received the refund, and does not say that you received it.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
