I was denied 5 days early 1/24 where is my money at?

When will I receive my refund? I was denied for the 5 days early. But Sbbt tpg does not have an account for me. I have seen other people get their refund already with the same date and no 5 days early. I have a card (paypal prepaid) that pays early. So I am confused. Where is my refund at?

5 Days Early Option

If you don't get your deposit, there is a few reasons why that might happen.

Your refund was offset or differed from their estimated refund amount, bringing the refund amount below the minimum threshold or above the maximum. What is a refund offset?
Your bank wouldn't accept RTP (Real Time Payments) or Same Day ACH deposits, preventing Intuit from depositing your refund up to 5 days ahead of when the IRS would have deposited your refund.
The IRS didn't give Intuit up to 5 or more days of notice in advance. This stopped Intuit from meeting the up to 5 days early expectations.
