Question

I was having trouble printing my s return to file by mail after efiling my fed return. It kept saying there was a printer error. I restarted everything and now can't

open my state return to print. It says state return printed ready to mail.

Please try this printing option:

In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
Select Tax Tools on the left and then Print Center and choose the print center
Select returns and choose to print just the tax return or to include all worksheets as well.
