I was just mailed my 1095-c's but have already received my tax return-how do I go about inputting just them?

You will not add this to your return. 1095-C is a form titled Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage the IRS does NOT need any details from this form. This verifies you had health insurance coverage. You can keep any 1095-C forms you get from your employer for your records. In your tax return, when asked if you had health coverage you would have answered " Yes that you had coverage for the full year" (if applicable). That is it, nothing more is needed. If you have already filed your tax return you would not need to Amend to add this form.
