I was over charged I only had basic taxes and I did not live in the city of flint or work there why an I being charged that as well I want a refund these should have been free all other returns were. I just noticed the difference I can't get my Michigan tax due to homestead credit I never field for that what is going on? This needs looked at. Thanks

There is no charge for a city/local tax return as that would be included in the State tax program.

Any type of account issues have to be handled by TurboTax support. Use the key words Billing Issue
