Question

I was supposed to get 1075$ refund based on the forms but the site shows 2$, that I have not received after 21 days yet

    What "site" shows only $2?   Is the IRS refund site showing only $2?   If so, that means the IRS has changed something.   Either the IRS caught a mistake or you owe some back tax or child support that is being offset from your federal refund.  The IRS will send you a letter if they took most of your refund.
