Question

I was told my refund advance process was not complete. How do I go back in and complete it?

The refund advance loan offer ended on February 15.

    They said February 15th or until funds run out. Funds are still available, I just need to complete my register and don't where to go. Credit Karma keeps saying go to the Turbotax app but there's nowhere on there to do so.
