If ga taxes was accepted 2/11/18 and haven't received a date also message says has been received please allow up to 90 days for processing do it really take 90 days?

No, it doesn't take that long, only 21 days to process. If you received that message you may have to contact the IRS to see why you have to wait that long. 1-800-829-1040. https://www.irs.gov/help/telephone-assistance
