If got first stimulus just fine and used turbo tax to file why have not received second stimulus check yet? IRS transcript shows issued on 01/04/2021?

According to this from IRS, if the Get My Payment Tool says Status #2, not available, you won't be getting a second stimulus payment, and will have to claim the the Recovery Rebate Credit. You can claim the Recovery Rebate Credit when you file your 2020 taxes and it will provide the same amount of payment as the stimulus would have. TurboTax will guide you through this when you prepare your return.
