No.  When you file your return and it has been accepted it is too late to change how you receive your refund.  If you did not make a choice at all then it will default to a paper check mailed to you.

Yes, you will be able to enter your direct deposit information with the IRS.  

 

The IRS is setting up a portal where you can enter your bank information to receive the Stimulus Payment as a direct deposit.

Currently this portal is not available, it is expected to be available soon.  Keep checking the website for updates.
