If I already filed my taxes with turbo tax last month,what are my options to claim the new higher child tax credit that just passed?

You wait. The new child tax credit is not for 2020. It is for 2021. There will be more information coming out about it-----when the bill is actually signed into law by the President. Your CTC for your 2020 tax return is not affected by this.
