If I already submitted my returns and I just recieved this phoenixclassaction w2 in amount of approximately 103.00 do I have to wait till I get my refund to submit this?

If you efiled your return and it was accepted by the IRS or if you mailed your return, you must now prepare and file an amended return to add the other W-2. You should wait until you receive your refund to prepare and file the amended return. The amended return form will not be available until later in February.
