If I can't find my 1099-R, how can I get the Payer's EIN?

You should ask the payer for their EIN.  However, you may be able to find the payer's EIN on a previous year 1099-R.  You may also be able to find the payer's EIN on your year-end statement or your monthly/quarterly statements.
