Question

If I did not use Turbo Tax last year, and based on the ads on TV, why am I not able to see the option to file my return for free?

I saw the ads on TV that I can get my return completed for free, if I did not use Turbo Tax last year, however, I am not seeing that option anywhere. Please help!
