If i e-filed om Jan 23rd and its Jan 28th already should my taxes have atleast been accepted by now? 2019

Most people who have efiled have been in "pending" status the last 2 weeks, since the IRS doesn't open up for normal processing of returns until later today January 28. A few test returns were pulled early.
Once the IRS opens up processing today, you should hear something before long. It may take a couple of days due to the backlog they will encounter when they "open the gate."
