If I filed my 2019 tax return can someone claim me if they haven’t filed their 2019 tax return yet ?

Since you have e-filed already and used your own Social Security number, if anyone else tries to e-file using your SSN as a dependent, their e-file will be rejected.  In order to claim you they would have to file by mailing their return.
