If I filed my taxes and it was accepted by the federal and states. However my dependent was working, and He made less than 1000k. Should I amend to add his w2?

    No.  You do not put your dependent's income on your own tax return.   If he has a W-2 that shows any tx withheld in box 2 or box 17 he can file a return himself to seek a refund.  If no tax was withheld, he does not need to file a tax return.
