Question

If I filed my taxes on the 12th why haven't they been accepted by now? I can't even view them on the IRS website.

Your 2023 e-filed tax return will be Pending until the IRS starts processing 2023 federal tax returns on January 29, 2024

The IRS will begin to accept/reject e-files on January 29.   Right now your return is sitting on a server with millions of others, waiting for the IRS to open.  Sometime by the end of the month you will get an email telling you if your e-file was accepted or rejected.  AFTER that you can start to track your refund on the IRS site.
