The IRS has not begun to process returns as of yet. The IRS will begin processing returns on January 27th. The IRS estimates that most refunds will be sent within 3 weeks after your e-filed returns are accepted and after the opening day of January 27th. You can find more information as well as track the status of your refund after January 27th in the link below.
