If i get my refunds on the prepaid visa can i transfer my refunds from that to my personal account?

If you have the TurboTax Prepaid Visa card, no, you can either transfer money to another prepaid visa card or to a paypal account.

If you have netSpend, contact them to inquire about additional features. 1-855-646-8848

How do you transfer your funds to PayPal? When I go to transfer $ it doesn’t ask for a paypal link, I’m only asked for an email or phone number. And then when you accept the $ the only option is to add it to a green dot/turbo card.

There is no option to transfer your funds to paypal on the prepaid visa card. At least not that i am aware of.

If you go online and select the option “send money” and then to a person, it says in the brief description that you can send it to anyone with a turbo Account, PayPal or green dot card. In the app it doesn’t specify any of that though. But thank you

Yes I did. After calling Paypal and TurboTax, countless of times they finally decided that there is in fact no way to transfer the money from the Turbo Card. Unless you have another “Green Dot” bank card, you have to pull it all out from the ATM. I will never get my refund on the Turbo Card again.

Right you are! Best bet is to get rid of the Turbo Card. They say you can transfer money a few ways and one is stated = Paypal but I do not believe that is the case. In fact Turbo makes getting your money extremly cumbersome since the App and Website continue to CRASH leaving you virtually NO ACCESS TO YOU FUNDS!
