If I got my 1099misc for late can I wait and apply it to my 2025 taxes

    No.   2024 income goes on a 2024 tax return.  You cannot wait and put a 2024 tax document on a 2025 return.

     

    After your 2024 return has been fully processed, you can amend to add the 1099.
