If I need to ammend a tax return and used the CD to file the return do I need to use the CD or can I access my return online through turbo tax?

If your tax return was prepared using desktop software then the tax files are NOT stored online. They are only on your own hard drive or any back up device you used. You do need the software program to amend the return. Did you un-install it? Do you have the CD? What tax year?
