If I paid for turbotax, but ended up not filing through it, is it possible to get a refund?

Possible, but I'd say not highly likely.  But there's no harm in asking.

Not for the Online version.  Once you pay it’s too late to get a refund for the online version.  By paying you are saying you are satisfied.
