Please explain what money you paid to the IRS.  Do you mean you made estimated payments during 2019?  Or do you mean you paid tax due when you filed your last tax return?

Yes, you should include that information on your return in TurboTax.

1.  Click "Deductions & Credits" at the top of the page

2.  Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid"

3.  Click "Show More"

4.  Find "Estimated Taxes" "Start/Revisit"

5.  Enter your payments in this area
