If I pay federal tax due with a credit card how will that effect my receiving the stimulas check direct deposit?

The IRS will be setting up, in the next couple of weeks, a web portal for taxpayers to enter their direct deposit information.  See the TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below for more info.
