If I upgrade for the +Plus option, can I access my tax returns from 2021, if I didn't have the +Plus for that return?

I need to access my 2021 tax return, but the forms were lost. I filed with Turbo Tax last year without the MyDocs. If I upgrade to +Plus for this (2022) year, can I go back to access my 2021 return?
