If I want to work on my 2020 taxes in Turbotax, how do I begin? I sign on, and after one click of "Continue", I was taken to my refund for the previous year.
How do I begin working on my 2020 taxes I'm only able to see my 2019 returns.
If you are preparing your returns online at TurboTax.com, you will be in the 2020 program that needs to be used to file your 2020 tax return. Just follow the prompts to enter your information or select a category at the top of the screen to access the input sections accordingly.
If you are using a download, you will need to make sure you are working with an updated version for 2020. Please see the link below for details on how to access the software if needed.
