If I was supposed to get an advance an hour after I filed where is it ?

You misunderstood,  You were not supposed to get money an hour after you filed your tax return.  It does not say that.  You get access to the loan AFTER your tax return has been accepted by the IRS.  Filing and being accepted by the IRS are not the same thing.  And the IRS will not begin to accept returns for processing until January 27.  Please read this release from the IRS:

That means watch your emails on January 27 and after for the email telling you if your return was accepted or rejected by the IRS.  If it is accepted, that is when the loan is in sight -- not before.
