Question

If I were to set my 2022 AGI as $0 when it hasnt been it hasn't been processed fully yet (missing info from that year being figured out), will I receive any penalties?

I have recently had to get ahold of the IRS to fix my 2022 tax return (since there wasn't enough information) yet I am currently tryna file for 2023 online and have almost everything I need to finish. Im wondering is if I set the AGI for 2022 for $0, will I get in trouble if I end up having a completely different income in the future once I fix my 2022 return.

Using "zero" as your AGI in order to e-file 2023 will not cause you to incur any sort of penalty.
