If I worked for UC San Diego but my W-2 says UC Riverside, can I just change it myself when inputting or do I need to be sent a whole new W-2?

The numbers won't change so you should enter the W-2 as it is reported.

Whether it says UC San Diego or UC Riverside makes no difference.

If there is a city or county tax, you would pay that tax for the city in which you live or work regardless of what is listed as the Payee.
