If my blue bar changed to all the way full does that mean my refund is getting DD ?

my turbo tax blue bar had been just half way since 2/10 now it’s full but WMR has not updated

The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review.

Some state returns will stay Pending for several days or even longer, especially with the IRS filing delay and backlog this tax season due to COVID closing the offices and leaving the IRS with very few employees working for the past year. The IRS has not stated how long returns can or will remain in pending status.
