If my federal was accepted but I recieved a letter to amend, what do I do now?

I received my State, three to four weeks later I received the notice for my federal. I recall the letter stating that the IRS would fix the issue and send me an amended check. Its been almost three months and I have not received anything else. Help please

the IRS is taking longer than to process returns. the fact that it has to be manually altered by the IRS means it will take even longer because the IRS is not working with correcting returns right now. your refund could take 4 months or even longer. all you can do is check your refund status on the IRS website.
