If my IRS deposit date is saying 2/26 But everybody else is saying that they're getting theirs early like the 19th and 21st So when should I receive mine?

Additionally, me and five other family members from different households all applied at the same time + our deposit dates are all the same and I'm the only one who hasn't received mine

There are many reasons that the IRS processing of a particular tax return might take longer than other similar tax returns. You should receive your direct deposit on the date that the IRS says you will receive it.

Read the IRS information carefully. They might be telling you the date that they will send the deposit to your bank. It could take a couple of days for the bank to credit it to your account, and the timing could be different at different banks.
