Your fee for using TurboTax is not based on whether you are getting a refund or whether you owe tax due to the IRS or state.  Your fee is for using the software to prepare a tax return.   If your state return is not showing a refund, but you entered all of your information correctly, then that is just the result of the amount of income you had and the amount of state tax you had withheld from your pay.  Why do you think your state is "wrong?"

Not sure if you have already e-filed or not....that is not clear.   If you have not already e-filed, you can delete the state return.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
