If the bank sends back my refund can I have the irs send it to another account instead or is it to late

Unfortunately if your bank rejects your Federal refund deposit the IRS will then process your refund by mail. Within the next few days you will receive a letter from the IRS saying that the electronic deposit couldn't complete and following the letter you will receive a check in the mail.
