If the tax tracker says it would be sent to my bank from today does it mean I will have the return today?

The IRS Where's my refund tracker gives you an estimated date. The link for the website is - https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp

It has a date to expect your refund by, as well as a if you do not receive your refund by. Depending on your bank it may have additional processing days.
