In filing my 2019 taxes, I prvided my bank information

when filling out my return, you forgot to include form 8962 for the premium tax credit. which you filed for me last year so it should have been included on this years return even for the one month we were on it. the irs wrote me a letter to fill it out and return to them which i did but it will hold up my return 4-6 weeks

TurboTax did not fail to file it if you did not enter the 1095-A information in the Medical section.  The health questions is no longer "forced" on you because Congress eliminated any penalty, so it is just another tax deduction.
