If wife filed taxes for her and I on TurboTax Deluxe and I am a small business owner that files on TurboTax Home/Business, how do I amend my return?

You will want to amend the deluxe version, then file the Home/Business with all your inforamtion, you will need to mail the return, it cannot be e-filed.
