So if TurboTax takes their few out of my federal refund and then deposits the rest in my bank account, will my stimulus check be coming from the government or from TurboTax ?

As stated on the SBTPG website, you should receive your stimulus payment by direct deposit if you requested a direct deposit or applied for a new debit card.

Also, in the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.
