did you e-file or mail it. if e-filed if you did not get an acceptance e-mail, the IRS never got it.  yo'll need to print and mail it in following TT filing instructions,'  if you did get such an e-mail, you'll have to contact the IRS

You should then be transferred to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.

however considering the IRS is understaffed and millions are calling trying to check on the second stimulus, you might not get through or be disconnected.

your other option is to schedule an appointment with a local IRS office.

another option if you qualify is to contact an IRS Tax Advocate office in your state 

they won't help you unless the issue is one of the following (they too are likely to be swamped)
