In June I received CP21B notice of additional $1188 refund check that would arrive in 2-3 weeks, but never received it. I have moved but set up forwarding. Where is it?

This is from the bill stopping taxes on the first $10,000 of unemployment. I have requested a transcript, etc., for last year because there's nothing about this refund on my acct. Of course I can't get through on the phone...

You will need to contact the IRS and ask if the check has been sent and if so, to have a tracer put on it.

This is what I use to get a human at the IRS.
