In the main area of turbo tax it shows my 2020 summary- that I filled 2/11/2021. in the help section to ask how to print that most recent return it says i haven't filed??

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

So I finally got access—-it’s not a different account thou. For an unknown reason when I first log in I can hit the three lines for menu n the my documents is there but almost flashes then disappears and says self employed abs there’s no documents tab. It took 13 times logging out n back in until I was quick enough I cud select my documents n they popped up…then my tax returns were there for past 6 years…whew that took almost 5 hours thou and no clue why!!
