Question

In Turbotax, how do I add the previous year refund to this year's School District refund?. I didn't file the previous year using turbotax so this is not stored.

2023 Ohio SD 100 has an amount on line 21 (amount to be credited towards next year SD), how do I add such amount to this year's return as credit in Turbotax ?

Did you itemize your Federal tax deductions last year?

  • If you used the standard deduction there is no need to post the state and local refunds.
  • If you did Itemize it will be on Schedule A line 5 of your Federal Tax return. (2023 is the same as 2024)
