Incorrect notice of taxes still owed

I received a letter stating I still owe taxes, which I paid in full on time. I believe this discrepancy is due to the unemployment part of the covid relief bill, which the IRS has not yet taken into account. I have spent hours online and on the phone but cannot get in contact with anyone to help me fix this issue. How should I proceed?

you could send the notice back with a letter of explanation then wait or just do nothing. eventually the iRS will update its records.
